Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Memberships and Access
Ummah Heart provides digital access to live and/or pre-recorded Islamic courses and educational content on a membership basis. Due to the nature of our services, specific rules apply to cancellations and refunds.

2. Cooling-Off Period (In Line with Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act)

If you purchase a membership via electronic communication (such as our website), you are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel your membership for any reason and receive a full refund—provided you have not accessed or started streaming or downloading any part of the course content.

3. Refunds for Pre-recorded Courses

• Once access to a pre-recorded course has been granted and the content has been accessed (streamed or downloaded), no refunds will be issued unless the product is found to be defective or inaccessible due to an error on our side.
• If you experience any technical issues that prevent access to the course content, please contact our support team within 3 days of purchase. We will make every effort to resolve the issue or offer a refund where applicable.

4. Refunds for Live Courses

• If you cancel your registration for a live course at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you are eligible for a full refund or credit towards another course.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the live course will not be eligible for a refund, unless in the case of medical emergency or other exceptional circumstances (proof may be required).

• If Ummah Heart cancels or reschedules a live session and you are unable to attend the new date, you are entitled to a full refund.

5. Subscription Cancellations

• You may cancel your monthly or annual membership at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us.

• Cancellations will stop any future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period, as access to the content continues until the end of the paid term.

• To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

6. Duplicate Payments or Billing Errors
If you believe you have been incorrectly billed or charged more than once, please contact us within 7 days of the billing date. We will promptly investigate and issue a refund if warranted.
